Yes, it’s included in every package. Sites can follow the visitor’s device setting, include a light/dark toggle, or use one look throughout, like this site’s dark design.

Usually 50% to book your project slot and 50% on launch. Larger projects can be split into three stages.

You do. Once the final invoice is paid, you own your design, content and domain. I can hand everything over at any time.

No. Care plans are optional. I can launch on your own hosting or help you choose a good provider.
