This policy explains how Inaclickit handles personal data when you visit www.inaclickit.com, contact me, or become a client. I keep it simple and collect as little as possible.

Inaclickit is a trading name of Shaun Miller, a website designer based in Heathfield, East Sussex, United Kingdom. I am the data controller for the personal data described here. You can contact me at hello [at] inaclickit.com.
2. What I collect
- Enquiry details you send through forms or email: name, email address, phone number, business name, website address and the details of your project.
- Booking details such as your preferred date and time for a call.
- Client records if we work together: contact details, project files, invoices and correspondence.
- Technical data such as anonymous, aggregated analytics, collected only if you accept analytics cookies.
3. How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls.
- To prepare quotes and deliver the work you ask for.
- To send invoices and keep accounting records.
- To provide support and care-plan services.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it (with consent).
I will never sell your data or add you to a marketing list without your clear permission.
4. Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR I rely on: legitimate interests to reply to enquiries; contract when providing services to clients; legal obligation for tax and accounting records; and consent for non-essential cookies and any marketing.
5. Who I share it with
Only trusted providers that help me run the business, under appropriate data protection terms. These may include: website hosting and email (Fasthosts, UK), website security and spam protection (Cloudflare), form delivery (Formspree), video-call and calendar tools, and accounting software. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement are in place.
6. How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after the end of our work, to meet HMRC requirements.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email hello [at] inaclickit.com. I will respond within one month.
8. Security
This website uses HTTPS encryption. Accounts are protected with strong passwords and multi-factor authentication, and data is stored only with reputable providers.
9. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
